The built-in WebChat from Part 1 works, but it's a demo interface. In this part we deploy a real self-hosted messaging stack — Conduwuit (a lightweight Rust Matrix server) and Element Web — then wire OpenClaw into it. The result: incident investigation reports show up in a dedicated Matrix room, and you can chat with the agent, ask follow-up questions in threads, and watch it work in real time. All self-hosted, no third-party services.
